What we do

How a job runs with us

• 1. Site consultation. We review plans, assess the existing system, and identify code or environmental factors.
• 2. Plan and estimate. You get a detailed scope of work, the system design and the pricing.
• 3. Installation or repair. Our team does the job, from trenching and piping to fixtures, inspections and cleanup.

We handle permitting and inspections.

A replumb shows how the steps play out. We inspect the house and make a plan. We pull the permits ahead of the start date. On day one the water is shut off and the system drained. We open walls where needed to reach the pipes. Old pipe comes out and new pipe goes in. The water goes back on and we check for leaks. Then the walls are patched.

Residential and commercial

Residential. New home plumbing, repairs, repiping older houses, septic, sewer and water service.

Commercial. Commercial plumbing carries more demand and heavier use than a house. On a commercial job we can work as a trade contractor for the plumbing. We also take on tenant improvements, when a commercial space needs to be built out. We do underground plumbing and utility rough-ins on residential and commercial builds.

Why one contractor for several trades matters

Plumbing touches other trades on most jobs.

• Lines under a slab are laid before the foundation is poured.
• A water main, sewer line or septic system needs trenching and excavation.
• A repair or replumb can mean opening walls, and sometimes tile.

Our own crews do the excavation, concrete, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint and finish work. So we can dig the trench, lay the line, and repair the tile or finishes that plumbing work disturbs. Drywall is subcontracted. On new construction, the plumbing is planned with the architectural and structural plans from the start.

Questions we get

Do you take small plumbing jobs?

Yes. A leak or a repair is welcome. We also do new construction and replumbing.

What pipe do you use when you replumb a house?

Copper or PEX. Some older homes have galvanized steel pipe, which corrodes and collects sediment over time.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We handle permitting and inspections. On a replumb we pull the permits before the work starts, so they do not hold up the job.
