# Pool Construction on Maui

Our crews do the heavy work on a pool project. We bring in specialty pool trades when the job needs them.

## The big work on a pool, done by our own crews

A pool project is mostly site work, concrete, plumbing and electrical. Those are the trades Crescent Homes Maui performs with its own crews. For the parts of a pool that call for a specialty trade, we bring in the right specialty contractor and manage the job.

We bring 35 years in the business and thousands of single-family homes and multi-family units built.

## What our crews do

- **Excavation and grading.** Digging the pool, shaping the site and setting drainage.
- **Retaining walls.** When a sloped lot needs one to make room for the pool or the deck.
- **Concrete.** Structural concrete work and the pool deck, including stamped or stained concrete.
- **Plumbing.** Supply and drain lines under our plumbing license.
- **Electrical.** Power and lighting under our electrical license.
- **The space around the pool.** Decks, patios, covered areas and outdoor kitchens.

## Where specialty trades come in

Some pool work belongs to specialty trades. When a job needs them, we bring in specialty pool contractors and coordinate their work with ours. You deal with one company for the project.

## How a job runs with us

- **1. Design and site assessment.** We look at what you want, the terrain and the view. You can bring your own design team, or we can assemble one for you.
- **2. Permitting and preparation.** We handle the permits, grading, drainage and inspections for our work.
- **3. Construction.** Our crews do the site work, concrete, plumbing and electrical. Specialty trades do their part. Then the deck and the finish work.

## New pools, remodels and decks

Call us about a new pool at a new or existing home, a remodel of an older pool, or a new deck around a pool you already have. Small jobs are welcome. If your pool is at a condo, a rental or a business, call and tell us what you have.

## Why one contractor for several trades matters

A pool is several trades in one hole in the ground. When the excavation, concrete, plumbing and electrical sit in one company, the coordination happens in-house, and you are not lining up and scheduling each of them yourself.

## Where we work

Crescent Homes Maui is based in Lahaina and takes jobs across Maui: Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kapalua and Napili on the west side, Kihei and Wailea on the south shore, Wailuku and Kahului in Central Maui, and Upcountry. Call [808-727-1162](tel:8087271162) and tell us where the job is.
