Attention to Quality

Even the “guts” of the house shows the builder’s attention to quality. We added A/C zoning, and the HVAC guys couldn’t stop talking about how well the ducting was installed, and how clean and clear the crawlspace was. This made their job very easy. It’s really gratifying when outside contractors are amazed at how well-built your house is.
